Some fruits, vegetables and spices have aphrodisiac qualities that make it more of a dream. Men are constantly looking for better sexual performance. Oysters, chocolate, ginseng and curry powder have a particular effect on the libido of men.
Alcohol is one of the more traditional sexual stimulants. It helps inhibitions, relaxes and arouses desire. However, it should be eaten sparingly because it can cause erection problems or sleepiness if consumed excessively.
Oysters would stimulate the libido of the man due to their rich iodine content. Oysters are rich in all trace elements needed for sexual maturation and production of testosterone (a hormone primarily responsible for the sexual desire in men).
The coriander can help reduce a transient decrease in libido potentially linked to prostate problems. This plant has been used since the Middle Ages to flavor wine and to compose love potions or erotic perfumes.
A plant called sarsaparilla is recognized for its positive effects on the prostate responsible for the formation of sperm and for stimulation of males. It has an aphrodisiac effect on women as it is to extol the virtue of its sense of smell of vanilla.
Pepper is rich in its vitamin C and vitamin E, vitamins acting on the sexual appetite. This plant has tonic effects and exciting as it facilitates the flow of blood through the veins and arteries. It is often used in the composition of aphrodisiacs, charms and love potions.
